The cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Rooms not ready at check-in, strange smells from the AC unit, barking dogs around the facility, and inadequate maintenance response times.

I loved that this place is within 1 km of the vibrant Old Town, making it perfect for walking around and enjoying the atmosphere. There's a nice park nearby where I could unwind after a day of explorations. the staff was accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable in this pleasant area.

However, the strong mildew smell in the non-smoking room was off-putting, and the missing couches really detracted from comfort. i stayed here for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room. compared to my last stay in kissimmee, this place felt much safer and was definitely quieter, which made for a relaxing trip. the kitchenette was super handy for preparing meals, and the location is great with plenty of nearby dining options.
